We believe coffee is so much more than a dose of caffeine in the morning. Our mission is to roast gourmet coffee for fellow coffee lovers. Every pot, cup, mug and thermos you drink should be filled with premium beans, specifically roasted for your enjoyment.

We start with single origin, fair trade coffee to build a flavor profile. Each bean has it's own unique character and flavors that will emerge while roasting. No matter the roasting technique, using high quality beans is the first step.

As a small business we are grateful for all of our industry partners and supporters. We source the ingredients for our products from local farms and family owned businesses because we believe shopping small and working together helps communities grow.
